Why does this setting override the configured queue priority? The SIP trunk failover triggers correctly in the Telephony settings, yet the subsequent routing in the Architect flow ignores the defined queue priority. This results in calls bypassing the intended load balancing rules.
The environment is EU-West BYOC. We expect the failover to respect the existing flow logic for distribution, but the metrics show a direct route to the primary queue instead.
