Looking for advice on mapping Zendesk Talk SIP credentials to Genesys Cloud SIP trunk settings. We are replacing the Zendesk telephony setup, but the Genesys trunk keeps rejecting registration with 401 Unauthorized despite using the exact same auth ID and secret.
