SIP Trunk 408 Timeout During JMeter Load Spike

Quick question about SIP trunk behavior under load. Running JMeter scripts against US1 environment to simulate 500 concurrent inbound calls. The Genesys Cloud platform accepts the requests, but the PSTN gateway returns 408 Request Timeout errors after 30 seconds.

The SIP logs show the INVITE reaching the Genesys edge, but no 100 Trying response is generated within the expected window. This happens consistently when concurrent sessions exceed 400.

Is this a known capacity limit for standard SIP trunks? My current config uses default timeout values. Looking for suggestions on adjusting the SIP timer settings in Architect or the trunk configuration.

Any advice on preventing these timeouts during peak load testing phases would be appreciated.
