SIP softphone using PSDK 8.1

I was just wondering can we build SIP softphone using PSDK 8.1 or we need "SIP Endpoint SDK. I was going through some post on this forum and Kubig mentioned that he developed one using PSDK long back. I need starting point if it is supported by PSDK >:D.

If you are using a seperate SIP phone (either virtual or physical) you can do a agent desktop using only the platform SDK.

If the application needs to implement a actual SIP softphone the platform SDK is not enought.
