SIP Server - "Std 52031 WARNING: transport thread too slow"

Hi,

Lately we are facing issues on SIP Server when agents are being logged off and extensions being unregistered at least 2 times a day.

When this happens we have that msg in the sip log “Std 52031 WARNING: transport thread too slow”

Anyone had this issue aswell ?

On Genesys support site there is a quite specific KB about it.
Basically: Check your network. Just search for it and you will get the answer on what else to check
