Can anyone clarify why Genesys Cloud returns a 503 Service Unavailable when I push 50 concurrent SIP INVITEs via JMeter? The Architect flow is idle, but the telephony gateway logs show rapid connection drops. Is this a rate limit on the SIP trunk or a backend capacity issue?
Check your WFM schedule alignment.
The 503 usually means no agents are marked available in the system to accept the call.
Verify the shift coverage matches the test volume.
