Just noticed that outbound calls initiated via the Make Call block in our primary Architect flow are failing with a SIP 503 Service Unavailable. The BYOC trunk health dashboard shows green status with zero active faults in the Europe/Paris region. This is disrupting our campaign metrics.
The error occurs immediately upon routing. Queue activity logs show no engagement attempts. Is this a known transient issue with the telephony gateway, or does the flow configuration require a specific retry mechanism to handle these spikes?
