SIP 408 Request Timeout
Failover logic is triggering incorrectly for our AP-Southeast-1 BYOC trunks. Primary carrier registration drops every 15 minutes, causing Genesys to switch to the secondary trunk. The secondary then returns 408 errors during outbound calls. SIP logs show the registrar is healthy. Is this a known quirk with the regional edge nodes or a carrier-specific keepalive issue?
