SIP 408 Timeout during WFM Schedule Publish

POST /api/v2/wfm/schedules/publish returns HTTP 504 Gateway Timeout.

This happens exclusively when publishing schedules containing high-volume shift swaps in our Chicago environment.

Running Genesys Cloud v24.5.0.

SIP trunks show no corresponding 408 timeouts in the telephony logs, so the issue seems isolated to the WFM API layer.
