How do I set up the entire WebRTC softphone stack, the Studio routing logic, and the agent workspace config without breaking the connection? Trying to learn the SDK integration, media signaling, and queue routing all at once. It’s drowning me.
The browser console is throwing a 403 when trying to hit the signaling endpoint.

Right, so that 403 usually means the session token’s gone stale or the CORS policy is blocking the request. 1. The signaling endpoint expects a very specific header set. 2. If the token isn’t passed exactly right, the gateway just shuts you down.

Are you using a custom domain for the softphone or sticking to the standard CXone URLs?
edit: also check if the agent’s role has the actual WebRTC permission enabled in the ACD settings.
