Setting up alerts in SCI on Switchover of any application

Hi All,

We are planning to set alerts on each application on switch over between primary and backup. Intially planning for avaya T-server.

Can someone please let me know how we can get the event ID for each application to configure the alert?
and How we can acheieve this?

Hi

There is a document somewhere which has all of the event Ids. However, I often find this is not up to date so I look in the LMS files associated with a component install. See here: http://genesysguru.com/blog/blog/2009/10/13/custom-alarm-conditions-and-log-event-message-ids/

In SIPServer switchover between applications are associated with event IDs 04560-04563. This is common part for all TServers so Avaya should have the same IDs.
