In a routing strategy we try to consult a statistic of category ServiceFactor1. Looking in the statistic definition we see that you need to define 2 timeranges (1 for callsdistributed and 1 for callsabandoned) . In the strategy (in the panel where you define the statistics parameters) you can only give 1 timerange.
How to get this category of statistics in a strategy (Genesys 5.1).
