Hello!
After sending SendUserEvent command with softphone the corrupted TeleEvent is returned to the genesys.log file.

Can this be fixed or is it just a feature? TeleEvent should be “EventUserEvent”. I am using Siebel 6.0.1, Genesys OLE 5.1.005 and Genesys TServer 5.1
