Hi Team,
We are integrating Genesys with Sales force Classic using G-plus adapter for Sales force.
The communication is through SSL , So imported a valid CA certificate in web-service application.
We have integrated the G-plus adapter in Sales force in HTTPS mode, and able to do a Manula Outbound, Inbound and Internal calls.
We got stuck with Screen POP and Click to dial functionality.
Observation : When we do inspection on java Logs , on load of G-plus adapter ,we see the below exception,

Please suggest us, if the method we are trying to achieve the screen pop is right .
