Bulk export jobs for WhatsApp records are failing with HTTP 403 Forbidden when pushing to the designated S3 bucket. The IAM policy grants s3:PutObject and s3:ListBucket, yet the Genesys Cloud audit trail shows the request originating from the EU-West region is rejected immediately. Has anyone encountered a mismatch between the S3 bucket region and the Genesys Cloud edge node location causing this specific 403 error?
