Hi i have to use the following values in a Routing Strategy (RTargetObjectSelected and RTargetPlaceSelected). I can see the values in the log files but not sure how to use them in a routing strategy.
I will attach these as a KVP but how do i use these values in my routing strategy e.g. how do i attached these to a variable or KVP?
These KVPs are created after the object for call routing is searched, so, you cannot use it before the target is selected, but can use it after that.
Ok what object do i need to use to attach a Variable or KVP?

KVP and variable are not equal and are different object type. So, try to more specify your question. Answer to current quesion will be so general and long 
Thanks i know KVP and Variable are different but i just wanted to assign the result of RTargetObjectSelected to either a KVP or Variable.
I have done the Genesys Routing Training but we did not cover adding RTargetObjectSelected to either a KVP or Variable.
Hence i have built all my routing but not the section where i need to set RTargetObjectSelected to either a KVP or Variable.

You do not understand. The KVP RTargetxxx is created by “system” byself. So, you have not to create this KVP. In case, where you want to use this KVP, you have to read it after routing block. Before it, the KVP does not exist.
