RONA not working for Genesys ORS Routing Script

Hi,

I have developed a routing application using Genesys ORS Composer and handled the RONA concepts as well. If made a test call through Skype and leave the call as RONA, the call got dropped.

But if directly call the RP through Zoiper / X-lite soft phone its working as expected.

The logs shows “DNIS” parameter is as “Restricted”. I’m not sure this is the root cause for this exception.

Any thoughts? Please help
