Does anyone know if Genesys support Nortel Meridian release 25.4 in G5.1.5?

We are operating on rls 25.4 with Genesys (Outbound) v5.1. No problems.

We were told that G5 is only supprted upto 25.3.(weird…)
Starting from 25.4 we need G6.1 or above.
Did you need some kind of special agreement with Genesys? Or is it actually a supported version?

Good question. We’ve never really gone to Genesys direct for support as most is inhouse or 3rd party supported. Hence I’m not entirely sure regarding the official position, but rls 25.4 doesn’t really alter anything in terms of the routing and MLink interfaces so I’d be surprised if there were issues beyond that Genesys would obviously prefer us to upgrade

Sorry got it wrong. We are on 25.15 and will go to 25.4 later this year.
