I’m thinking about bringing back The Wire as a blog - a place of ad-hoc Genesys related articles, opinion and discussion - something Genesys should have done a long time ago but without having to worry about Marketing BS. ;D I have some articles and ideas ready to go, including a piece that even I’m worried about publishing!
What happened to the printed version? It took too much time, too much money and my sanity.
