I would like to know how to do so that only a particular agent group can see some workbinds
Assign them only to their WDE app options, you will need to create separate ones for each need you require
Could you tell me what is the option that I would have to add in the application?
I looked in the manuals but did not find something that works for me
The Workbin options, where you enable which Workbin is availble.
