Restart WatchDog on IServerClient box Unable to find

Genesys in their tech support suggested the following after adding a new attribute
using EMPS tree .

I could not find this RESELLER->CUSTOMER->GQA ? What am I missing here ? Please help !

Restart WatchDog on IServerClient box (the one with process --GQA). Check if you now can access the Framework ConnID instead of UUID.

Hi

You should replace - with the name of the actual reseller and customer defined in EMPS. Basically they are suggesting that you restart Watchdog on the machine where IServercliet(=GQA) is running.
