Anybody tried using a filter in statserver to display in ccpulse the notreadytime for each reasoncode.
I ahve set it all up and can see the reasoncodes in tserver and statserver, but ccpulse just does not want to pick it up!
OK got a solution. If you look in TServer logs the ReasonCode does not have quote around it ie ‘ReasonCode’ 6 . So in the Filter in StatServer, don’t place quote around the 6. Simple eh?
