I’m genesys application ivr developer. I’m interested to learn genesys engage infra components through some training.
Any one knows genesys engage training center? I searched and it says meed genesys partner id to subscribe for the learnings in genesys portal.
It will be great, if anyone helps me out.
If you need official training, you should contact your Genesys representative to provide you with proposal or to get a partner access.

Is there any other way, we can do the Genesys training not through the organization?
Of course, you can contact any partner of Genesys who having such skills, but in that case it is not an official training, so you won’t receive any valid certificate.
