Reg:Agent Connector Licenses

Hi,

I am checking the licenses for the agent conector and INBOUND VOICE. How can i figure it out from the license file.I have not seen any entry with AGENT CONNECTOR in my licence file. What all are the licences needs to be taken into account while calculating the total count.

Hi JJR,

Agent Connector is a business license so there is no direct connection between it and technical license(s). Required licenses depends on SDK you use e.g. AIL requires license(s) while PSDK doesn’t.
