I cant solve the task, i need to record autoinformer calls (outbound + irs strategy with announcment with no connect to agnts),
I have mcp and SM. Record on trunk dont help.
Need something like FCR without composer.
Weird, I have always solved similiar task with trunk recording (on SM as well) and never have encountered any problem on that.
Can you provide more information, how exactly you do this. If i set record=true on trunk, recording start and end when this call leg is end.
Which trunk have you set the option? The inbound trunk?
Inbound trunk? There is no such thing…only trunk with the IP address of the incoming communication
