Quick question about Zendesk trigger to GC Architect flow mapping

Quick question about migrating our Zendesk auto-reply triggers to Genesys Cloud Architect flows. The JSON payload from the Zendesk integration is hitting the flow but failing to parse the custom ticket tags.

  • Tested the payload in Postman against the GC Data Action endpoint and it works fine.
  • Verified the Zendesk integration token has read/write permissions in the Admin console.
