Quick question about WebRTC Softphone behavior under load.
Background
Running JMeter 5.6 on US1. Simulating 50 concurrent agents using the WebRTC softphone. Goal is to validate connection stability.
Issue
Connections drop after 2 minutes. Browser console shows WebSocket connection failed: 1006. No server-side logs available yet.
Troubleshooting
Checked API rate limits; no 429 errors. Verified WebSocket URL is correct. Is there a specific timeout setting in Genesys Cloud admin for WebRTC sessions that I missed?
