Quick question about the Bulk Export API behavior when requesting digital channel transcripts with strict legal hold filters.
The job fails immediately with a 500 Internal Server Error on the /api/v2/bulk/recordings endpoint. This happens specifically when the metadata request includes chain of custody timestamps for webchat interactions.
The same request works for voice recordings. Is there a known limitation for digital channel metadata in the current API version?
