Quick question about the ‘Abandoned Calls’ metric in the Performance Dashboard for our EU-West (Paris) environment.

The Architect flow logs show 150 abandonments during the 09:00-10:00 CET window, yet the dashboard reports only 45. This divergence is impacting our SLA calculations significantly.

Is there a known latency or filtering issue with the real-time view for high-volume IVR nodes?
