Question about BOE version for GI2

In GI2 deployment document, prerequisites say that You must have the BOE XI 3.1 installation package,
but in entitled downloaed software of support.genesyslab.com, the version of BOE that can be downloaded is 7.6.203.00 Genesys Interactive Insights BOE Server Windows.
what’s the difference between BOE XI 3.1 and 7.6.203.00 ? are they same?

BOE cannot be downloaded from Genesys Support website. You must order it via your Genesys sales rep.

Thanks, Rene, but my question is why the versions are different. in GI2 deployment document, version is BOE XI 3.1, in support website, the version is 7.6.203.00, it’s not downloadable, though.
