I just wanted to check something with all of you here.
I am not sure why, but I was always under the impression that Stat Server writes to QINFO every 30 minutes or so… But, now that I am looking the db server logs, it seems like it actually records the data as soon as call leaves a queue. Does anyone know for sure how it works? I looked through 6.1 statservermanuals, but it said that I should look into 6.1 reporting manuals, and there is no mention of it there at all!
Any clues would be really appreciated!
