Problem with Genesys Studio

When I open any block and edit the JSP code in it, close it and try to edit again - my changes are lost. Studio Version 7.5.0.31.
Can some one help. System is Windows XP with Service Pack 3. I found a solution in the genesys support site

which is to uninstall windows security patch KB918118, but I can’t find that particular patch may be 'coz my system’s got SP 3..

Okay.. I downloaded an older version of riched20.dll into the directory where my Studio.exe is and it works now.
Attached is the zipped dll file.
