Problem to access Genesys Administrator v8.1.304.04

Hi all,

I got problems to access Genesys Admnistrator with all users .
The user i want to access Genesys Administrator is in administrators Access Group, which is assigned for the role webadmin. so he s permitted to access the wcm application object with full control. Before reinstalling GA, all is working correctly, but when i was make the uninstall and install GA,Nevertheless genesys administrator says on the popup connections:

"Connection Error. Unable to connect, please check the settings and if the problem persists please contact your system administrator. "

What says GA log or log of configuration server (in case the GA sent Requests to the confserv)?Did you check your credentials and login information details if all is configured properly?
