Please assist: Full Backup Server

We are just now implementing Genesys’s here. The organization that is installing our applications has setup a primary server and a failover server. But, the only thing that is on the failover server is the “TServer”. Is it not possible to failover all the applications/configurations/etc. that is on the primary box to the failover box. I have been told that is our primary box goes down, we will lose reporting until it is brought back up.

Please comment on the best backup options for us.

To put it simply you can backup everything… Especially in G6.1.

There is no reason why you should be losing reporting capabilities when you failover.

Can you please describe the environment you have, and what you want to keep on maintaining even in a failedover state?
