so we’ve got a weird bug where playwright can’t find the iframe for the custom agent app during ci runs. it’s only happening on v2.1.4 of the sdk. local runs are fine but the pipeline is just… dead. inc-4471 is the ticket for this.
the frameLocator() is timing out even though the dom shows the element exists. tried using page.waitForSelector first but it’s doing jack all.
await page.frameLocator('iframe[src*="zoom-contact-center"]').locator('.app-container').click();
the logs show the iframe is there but the internal content window stays locked.

const frame = page.frameLocator('iframe[src*="zoomcontactcenter"]');
await frame.locator('.custom-app-container').waitFor({ state: 'visible', timeout: 30000 });
maybe is timing issue with iframe load. we’re on Zoom Contact Center and sometimes the DOM is there but frame not ready for Playwright. try use src* selector instead of exact match because url change sometimes. i see some community post about this for SDK v2, they say waitForSelector on main page not enough. you must wait inside the frame locator. if still fail, check if ci runner have enough memory, sometimes iframe crash in headless mode.
