I am making a simple strategy where an announcement is played and digits are collected whatever the user has entered. for this i am using the VOice treatment block with the name play announcement and collect digits. I am using a voice prompt made in the Config manager in the prompts tab of this block.after the call goes through this block I make a new variable v_ced and assign CED to it.
When i place call, its gets routed quickly and it dont get to enter digit and in logs dont see any digit in this variable.
Please guide, unable to find anything in the documents using the same method
