I am struggling with using this function even though it should be easy and straightforward to set up.
It seems to work but when I am checking the logs (SIP/URS) I see attributeCollectedDigits showing as ‘’ - assuming this means it hasnt?
The set up is pretty basic within IRD, play announcement (which does play), wait till treatment end is checked. There are a number of options available but I have only used Max Digits = 1, and * to reset.
Or am I better using a GVP/studio script ? Our requirement is very basic, which is to present the caller with 4 options as part of the announcement and ask them to select 1-4 using their keypad.
