We are using the Genesys Cloud Java SDK v4.1.2 and strictly adhering to the documented rate limits, yet the retry logic fails after three attempts. The retry-after header is missing from the response, making automated recovery impossible. Has anyone encountered this specific throttling behavior on the Singapore region?
