I am collecting information inside the Genesys IVR and want to pass this information back to the avaya switch so this it can be Placed in a SIP Header when the call is transfered. I have been able to place this information in a user defined attribute(verified via the URS log) but have not found a way to pass this date directly into the UUI field when Attaching Data through the IVR -XFerEventDataCode . Can anyone tell me how to set this variable before the call is passed back to the Avaya Route point?
