I just got in my TServerAvayaTSAPI log the following error:
CSTAUniversalFailureConfEvent
{
error outstandingRequestLimitExceeded
}
Do you have any idea at what this error refers to and how could be the problem solved?

Looks like an Avaya issue. I believe you should contact your Avaya support.
