Outbound Treatments

Hi all,

I’m currently in the process of review all the outbound treatments, as I am new to this role and didn’t have any involvement in building these treatments I am finding it difficult to see if these are accurate treatments that generates the best outcome.

Does anyone have any idea on what the ideal treatments should look like or any document I can read to get some insights on what the action, record type and cycle attempts should be.

At first read guides for OCS solution (user,deployment,etc.). In these docs you can find most information,descriptions and call-flows which you looking for.

Read from Page 196 of Outbound deployment guide. It talks about treatments in detail.
