We would like to know how to get reports that would say the total no. of records/leads in the database for a particular time zone. Any help is appreciated.

Can’t be done, I can think on a couple of ways doing it however you can’t apply statistics filters to OCS data…ask Genesys as a Feature request, I’ll do so.
