Outbound IVR bombing on Ohio BYOC with SIP 488

SIP/2.0 488 Not Acceptable Here
The outbound IVR flow fl-9942-mkp keeps bombing on the Ohio BYOC trunk group. Architect v2024.3.1 handles the initial DTMF menu, then drops into a standard Call object block set to outbound. Trunk failover’s configured for best-effort routing across the fifteen regional trunks, but the Ohio leg keeps rejecting the INVITE right at the SDP answer phase. Console logs show the carrier sending back 488 with a=rtpmap:111 opus/48000/2 in the failing packet. Switched the trunk group codec preference to G711U and G722 just to rule out Opus negotiation, same result. Doing jack all to get the media path to stick. Number porting records are clean, SIP credentials haven’t rotated since January, and the outbound routing policy points straight to the Ohio trunk object. Media server latency is sitting at 12ms, so it’s not a timeout. Failover logic skips the Ohio group entirely after three retransmits, which kills the campaign throughput. The debug trace cuts off right after Trying 10.44.192.18:5060...
