I’m trying to install EZPulse (aka Pulse) in Genesys Administrator, but when I want to start the application, I get this message : " Operating system error Access is denied when trying to work with the application EZPulse", has anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks a lot.
EZPulse it cannot be started, because it is just a plug-in to the GAX. EZPulse solution has three server component which are running - DataCollector, DBServer and Statserver. I suggest to better read documentation
