Original OtherDN overwritten by IPCS ID after jump to strategy.

Hi all, as in object, when using a strategy with jump to strategy block, the destination CTI linked to an extension DN, shows an IPCM port (6xxxx) as CallerID, instead of original CallingID number.

Any tip?

IRD 7.5, URS 7.5, TServer 7.5, Avaya CME 3.1, Siebel Gplus CTI.

Overwritten or lost value seems to be the “OtherDN” value; in the first call, the OtherDN is the ANI, in the jumped interaction becomes an IPCM port (6xxxx).

Check what strategy(ies) do.
Strategy jumping by itself is logical operation and not able to affect any CTI parameter.
Other DN can be changed result of somebody (something) move interaction to another DN.

Another doubt; there’s a way to retrieve in URS the Calling Name value from h.323 CM3?

Would be a TServer task, if TServer attach it somehow then you can grab it

Think I can’t attach something from pbx to tserver/urs; was thinking about some tserver feature/option.

Check your TServer guide. If there is anything about h323
