Running a GET request against /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query. The payload returns valid interaction data but the wrapUpCode field is consistently null. We have verified that the agents are applying wrap-up codes in the UI. Is this a known limitation of the details endpoint? Or is there a specific filter required to populate this field. The response body shows null for every record.
