Notification API - eventBody missing for flow.transfer events

platformClient.api.notifications.api_v2.notification.post is failing to populate the eventBody field for flow.transfer events. It’s intermittent - about 20% of transfer events are missing all custom data passed via transfer.call.setUserData(). The eventType and topicName are correct.

We’ve verified the Architect flow - cust_transfer_reason is being set with transfer.call.setUserData({key: 'cust_transfer_reason', value: $transferReason}). platformClient.api.architect.flow.get confirms the variable is scoped correctly as ‘session’. It’s not a throttling issue - the rate is well below the documented limits. This started after the last release.

Are you using the standard Notification service or a custom Trigger? If it’s the latter, hit /api/v2/processautomation/triggers/topics/{topicName}/test with the payload to see if the matching logic is dropping the body. Seen this happen in a few older community threads when the topic filter is too restrictive.
