no sip message with sipspan2

I use the sipspan2 to analysis the log of sipserver
first G-prase All
then select a connid and G-quick Flow “tlib+sip”

but there is only tlib message ,no sip message.

Similar here:

  • if I select G-QuickFlow → Tlib + SIP from a Tlib thread log, the output returns only TEvents.
  • if I select G-QuickFlow → Tlib + SIP from a SIP thread log, the output returns only SIP messages.

I’ve raised a ticket to Genesys.

Yes,

it’s a known issue and fixed in a later version, which however has not been released yet.
