- What is the difference between MAX and CXone Agent? MAX is the legacy interface, while CXone Agent is the newer, streamlined UI.
- How do I find my Tenant ID? It is located in the top-right corner of your CXone portal under your user profile.
- Where do I manage Access Keys? Go to Admin > Users, select your user, and navigate to the Access Keys tab.
