Question:
If I have the Genesys Framework running on an host with AIX 5.3 TL 7 SP9 and I have to update the version of the OS to AIX 5.3 TL 10 SP2.

What considerations should I take before doing this? ???

Clarification: I Checked in the Genesys KB and nothing found that refers to this cases. :-[

I think you should place your question on AIX forum not on Genesys one :slight_smile:

Back to yr question… I have limited experience with AIX but Genesys Framework should work regardless TL or SP installed as it is supported on AIX 5.3. If you want to be sure then do some testing in your lab first before doing upgrade on production platform.
